Character INFORMATION
Name: Tsukino Usagi

Personality: The first thing that is very noticable about Usagi is that she follows the clumsy/lazy school girl type very closely. She even describes herself as one many times in the series.
"I'm Tsukino Usagi. I'm just a little clumsy, and a bit of a crybaby. That's about it."
She is really clumsy to a point where even though she's a (mini skirted) soldier who has to protect the planet against monsters she always manages to even trip over her own feet and generally make the kitchen explode just by trying to cook. Because of this she isn't particularly good at house work and sports. She's not the smartest girl around, sometimes screwing up the most simple of questions (and always get a 30 on any of her tests at school), but she's not completely dumb and can be more intelligent when she just puts her mind to it.
The fact that she doesn't do well at school is not really because she's that dumb, but more because she tends to be lazy and not like school work. Instead she enjoys being more relaxed in lifestyle, she even says at times that are hobbies are ‘eating and sleeping', which is a pretty accurate description of what she likes doing most. She loves sleeping so much that she oversleeps nearly every day and usually runs late for school (which is a spectacle to behold, really). She cries easily, although this habit has lessened over time to a point where she can now face monsters generally without crying. Usagi is still pretty easily scared though, no matter how many monsters she has faced already, not to mention that's she's also very childish at times.
That's not all there is to Usagi though. The fact that she's also Sailor Moon and has had to fight for quite some time now has really changed her. She can now be more mature and serious when she has to be, sometimes displaying great maturity and courage while she's battling. She cares deeply about all her friends (her fellow sailor senshi and her ‘normal' friends) to a point where she would do anything for them or for this world. She hasn't hesitated at any time to save a friend, for example jumping off the Dead Moon's circus tent when it was high up in the air to save her falling daughter (from the future) Chibiusa.
Aside from her dislike of fighting because it's so scary at times she also dislikes fighting because she's a true pacifist at heart. Usagi almost never attacks first, she often doesn't even want to fight and instead tries to talk to people first, even when these ‘people' are enemies who have been proven to want to kill her anytime at the same time. She believes in the good in every person, even when that good isn't easily seen at the outside. Even when all her friends had died and the world was nearly destroyed she still refused to fight Galaxia, the one who had caused all of that, because she believed in Galaxia.
History: Easiest part of the application! \o/
Persona Type: Healing. Usagi is in general the one going around and always healing all the people / random monsters of the day in the series, so it fits. Her powers as Sailor Moon seem to be generally light based aside from that.
First-person Sample: W-what's going on with all these scary monsters? Do we really have to fight them? If they were less scary, it might have been okay, but.. Waah, they're really scary! And it's just me, too! I'm no good without everyone else to help me. These gun thingies are scary as well, why couldn't they have thought of something more natural or even fun looking? Like a banana! You see, things would be much more funny and so more cheerful if it was a banana instead of a gun, right?
This whole place gives off a weird feeling, anyway.. I don't like it here. Are we really stuck here? I'd like to go home! Mamo-chan is surely waiting for me, just like everyone else! They'll get worried sick if their Usagi is not with them, you know!
Maybe I can give it a try if the food is any good around here—
Ah, wait, I get it! This is a joke, right? Everyone, it must've taken you a long time to set up a joke like this, but it's alright! I get the joke, so you can all come out now and we can laugh about it!

Third-person Sample: Today wasn't going to get much better than this. That was the one thing Usagi had figured out by now. She was happily digging in on a super triple chocolate vanilla sorbet. As one would look out of the windows there wasn't a single cloud in sight as the sun brightly shone upon the city. The spot opposite of hers at the table was still empty, but would be filled soon by someone very dear to her. A part of her really wanted this kind of life, the kind of life where you didn't have to worry about an enemy or monster popping up every other day. But another part of her knew that this was her destiny, that she wanted to protect this planet and everyone on it.
As she licked a bit of chocolate ice off her spoon, Usagi glanced around the small cafe. People were happily chatting all around. It all made even more of a good impression on this already perfect day. It made her wonder what the others were doing just days after the battle with Nehellenia. She figured that she should give an all-you-can-eat ice cream party sometime soon and invite everyone. She would have to figure out everyone's favourite ice cream flavour though, that might prove to be difficult! The question of how she was going to pay for all that ice cream hadn't even popped up in her head yet.
Just as she was wondering whether Ami's favourite ice cream flavour would be blueberry or something else entirely she noticed a very familiar face entering the cafe. That black hair, that face, there was no doubting it. Chiba Mamoru, prince Endymion in a previous life, the man she loved more than any other guy. As she noticed him, a big smile appeared on her face and she moved her hand up, waving at him to indicate where she was sitting. (Not to mention this was accidentally messing up a woman's coat at the other table, as her fingers were partially coated with ice cream.) "Mamo-chan!" She called out with that wide grin.
The guy looked up to notice the waving girl and smiled, walking over to the table. Mamoru sat down. "So, Usako, I'm sure you'd like another one of those, right?" He motioned towards the now-empty sorbet cup. The response he got was a large grin and an attempt from Usagi to nearly bend all the way over the table just to give him a hug.
Indeed, today was a perfect day.
